As Caroline supported Thomas and the tactical team secured the perimeter, the leader of the Crimson Hand stepped into the holding block. He was a tall, arrogant man wearing a pristine white suit, flanked by his last remaining elite bodyguards.
"Caroline," the syndicate leader sneered, completely shocked that she had breached his impregnable fortress. "You are incredibly foolish to come here. You will both die in this bunker."
Caroline slowly handed Thomas over to a medic and stepped forward. The terrifying, authoritative aura of the multi-billion-dollar CEO radiated off her like a suffocating wave of pure, dark energy.
"You fundamentally misunderstood who you were dealing with," Caroline said, her voice a low, vibrating whisper that echoed off the blood-stained concrete walls. "You thought I was just a businesswoman. You forgot that I survived being murdered by my own flesh and blood."
She raised her weapon with absolute, unwavering precision.
"I am not a victim. I am the executioner," Caroline declared coldly.
